With two decades of creating experiences for people through products and places around the world, I’ve developed a unique set of inspiration points for bringing intentionality and delight to customer touchpoints across retail, hospitality, placemaking, products, interiors, and brand experiences.

I’ve refined my editorial and curatorial eyes with a deep discernment and appreciation for the why of things. With hands-on knowledge, aesthetic intelligence, pragmatic sensibilities, and a creative spirit, it all comes together as an intentional approach to experiencing everything we create and do for ourselves, our businesses, and our communities.

I have twenty years of varying retail experiences across brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, product development, branding, marketing and events; I understand the ins and outs of the commercial + community ecosystem and relish in creating win-win experiences for all through partnerships and collaborations. Because of my passion for independent retail, I wrote and published my first book, OPEN: Big Lessons in Small Retail and Living the Shopkeeper Dream in March 2024 and write the Retail Rookie Substack.

I am a business mentor, workshop co-facilitator, and retail specialist with the Polaris Business Centre in South Australia. I have also spoken at Melbourne-based Life In Style and Reed Gift Fairs. I’ve been featured in Design Milk, Tastemade Home, and numerous publications worldwide for my retail-based businesses and creative pursuits.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, via Los Angeles, London, Kuala Lumpur, and Raleigh, I use my extensive travels and experiences across cultures to connect the dots for experiencing our everyday.

Three 90-minute meetings once per month. This is where I get to know your business's viability and vision. We'll explore the biggest opportunities for business and personal growth so that you can launch, pivot, or evolve into the next stage of entrepreneurship. I guide you to see new perspectives, challenge beliefs, and make the best decisions for yourself.

This three-month mentorship package is ideal for small business owners in the retail space looking to launch, grow, and thrive. I serve an objective soundboard and accountability partner who wants to see you win.

What to expect:

• Session One: A general assessment of your business's viability and vision. We'll go from your P&L sheet to where you are now and where you'd like to be. We'll identify opportunities for immediate action.

• Session Two: We'll go deep on the challenges and opportunities identified during Session One and outline your next immediate steps.

• Session Three: We'll check in on your progress from the previous sessions and identify ongoing opportunities for you to run with.

Investment: $900 USD

Sessions are held via phone or video call (you choose) or in-person if local to Adelaide, South Australia.
